The answer is simply – because everything we do, from how we reward our team to how we go about finding buyers and negotiating you the best price possible, is based on one core principle:
Always do what is in the best interests of our client (you).
This is not rocket science – just common sense. We strongly believe in two of the most basic rules of life:
“We would rather lose a commission by doing the right thing by you, than win a commission by doing the wrong thing.”
Some of you may be thinking “yeah right – I’ve heard all this before”.
Our industry has not got the best reputation – so we understand you doubting our sincerity. That’s why we give you the following guarantees:
If at any time you are not satisfied with our performance or believe we have not acted in your best interests – you can fire us as your agent with no fees payable. We will give you our estimate of the selling price of your home in writing and if we don’t get you what we said we would – you don’t have to pay us a cent. If at the point of sale you do not believe we deserve our standard fee – then we’ll leave it up to you to pay us what you believe is fair.
