This is not rocket science - just common sense. We strongly believe in two of the most basic rules of life:

If at any time you are not satisfied with our performance or believe we have not acted in your best interests - you can fire us as your agent with no fees payable. 

We will give you our estimate of the selling price of your home in writing and if we don’t get you what we said we would - you don’t have to pay us a cent. 

If at the point of sale you do not believe we deserve our standard fee - then we’ll leave it up to you to pay us what you believe is fair.
