Professionals’ offices and salespeople are all licensed under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008, and operate under the REAA Code of Professional Conduct and Client Care.   You can download and read the full code from the Real Estate Agent’s Authority website: www.reaa.govt.nz

We welcome your feedback whether offering a suggestion, observation, or expressing satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the service you have received from any of our Professionals agents or salespeople.

Our complaints procedure

If you have a complaint, we initially encourage direct discussion with the salesperson with whom you have been dealing or our office management.

If you still have concerns, please contact the Professionals National Service Centre directly using the details at the bottom of this page.

You can place your feedback in writing using the forms provided below and forward this to the office and/or ourselves for follow-up and contact with you.

You can hand your feedback to any of our staff, forward it to your local office or to the address, fax number or email below.

You can also contact the Real Estate Agents Authority directly at any time in respect of a complaint.  Details of their complaints process and their contact details can be found on the Authority Website
