What do I have to do?

To appoint Professionals to manage your property, simply fill in the Professionals Management Authority form and we’ll take care of the rest.  It’s as simple as that!

Professionals Management Authority Form

This is the agreement between you (the owner) and Professionals Timaru.  It gives Professionals the authority to act on your behalf when managing your property. Please complete the form and return it to us.  We will send you a copy of this agreement once it has been processed. You can download a copy here.

Tenancy Agreement

Your Professionals Property Manager will complete a Tenancy Agreement for each tenancy on your behalf.  This is the agreement between you (the owner) and the tenant.  It governs the rights and obligations of each party.

All residential tenancies in New Zealand are subject to the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.
