There is no catch.
We believe in “ a fair days pay for a fair days work”. In other words - if we do a fantasic job for you and you can see the value in our service - then wouldn’t you be happy to pay us our full fee? On the other hand, if we gave you poor service - then we wouldn’t expect to get our full fee.
One of the problems with most agents is that you have to pay them their fee regardless of how good a job they do. Even if they do a terrible job and give you miserable service - you have to pay them the same.
We believe the best agents should get paid more than the poor agents - in fact, a highly skilled negotiator is worth their weight in gold into your pocket. We know we are better than most agents, the problem is that you don’t know until you have seen what we can do for you. Our “Fair-Go” fee gives you the opportunity to see how good we are - without the risk of having to pay us the same if we do a poor job. At the same time it keeps us on our toes, because we know that if we want to earn a good fee - we had better first do a good job.
